Elementary School Summer Program ↑TOP
PLEASE NOTE: This year's CYC Elementary School Summer Program will be held at three different sites. Please indicate the site that you are applying for at the top right corner of the application. This is important to ensure your child(ren) is accepted into the correct program site. As space is limited, applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis and incomplete applications will not receive priority over those that are completed.

We are now accepting applications for our six-week, Monday thru Friday elementary school program located in the Portola District. Program hours are from 9am - 5pm and the cost is $500. Please review the flyer for site information and other details.
Your completed application and check can be submitted in person at the Bethel Grace Lutheran Ministries office (place in the CYC box), 465 Woolsey Street @ Goettingen Street, or mailed to CYC Main Office, 1038 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94109. Please make check out to CYC.

- Chinatown Summer Adventure Camp ↑TOP

The Chinatown Summer Adventure Camp and the Summer Challenge Camp began in 2002 at Jean Parker Elementary School. Program design allows, encourages, and fully supports the growth, development, skills, and competencies for all involved to be a fully useful participant and leader.
The program for students in grades 1-8, operates daily for seven weeks during the summer at a local public school site. Highlights for participants are: Monday Mania youth workshops (Yoga, mask making, dance, knitting … ), cooking lessons, neighborhood scavenger hunts, weekly challenges, beach day, 8th grade camp, and the annual end-of-summer picnic and showcase.
Dates: 06/06 - 07/22, Monday through Friday
Times: 9am - 4:30pm
Location: Tentative (Gordon J. Lau Elementary School)
Cost (non-refundable): 9am – 4:30pm ($425 per child). $50 discount per family with 2 or more, $25 discount for returning families.
Registration Date: 03/23 and 04/12 @Chinese Cultural Center (750 Kearny St. 3M)

Middle School Summer Program “Build a Better Tomorrow” ↑TOP

Don’t stay at home bored this summer, join CYC’s Summer Program! Youth participants will work on multiple projects with their peers regarding the theme of “building a better tomorrow.” This will be a fun, and informative summer program that will also incorporate reading, writing, math, and science!
**This program is available for Middle School Students who are currently in 6th-8th Grade
Dates: 06/13 - 07/22, Monday through Friday
Times: 1:30 - 5:30pm

Cost (non-refundable): $30 (Fee is for field trip costs)
