Aptos Beacon Summer Program
CYC Aptos Beacon Center is excited to announce their CYC Olympian Summer Program. Due to health and safety guidelines, all students will be staying in the same Pod or “group” of 12-15 students for the entire duration of the 6-weeks summer program. Each Pod of students will be offered a combination of 2 academic and 2 enrichment class activities. In the morning, youth will participate in grade level community builders and team challenges and then transition to 2 academically infused classes before lunch time. In the afternoon, youth will have opportunities to take 2 enrichment classes before ending their day in another round of fun-filled community builders with Olympian themed games/activities.
Program Dates: June 14-July 23, 2021 (6 weeks)
Program Time: M-F 9:30am-3:30pm
Program Fee: FREE
Program Incentive/Education Award: Students will receive an incentive upon program completion
# of Slots: We will be accepting 84-105 youth with priority going to higher need students.

(Aptos is not available for the summer)

This program requires a 9:30AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday commitment. Priority will be given to higher need students until May 7th and then it will be first come first serve. Applicants will be notified by May 28, 2021 if not earlier of program acceptance. Applicants must complete a CYC Registration Form within 5 days of program acceptance.
