After School Program fee update & financial assistance

At CYC, we believe every child deserves access to a safe, enriching, and high-quality afterschool program. As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we want to share an important update regarding our afterschool program fees and the financial assistance available to families.
Why are program fees changing?
The updated fee structure reflects a new approach that allows us to expand access to our afterschool programs while continuing to provide the high-quality programming and support that families value.
In previous years, enrollment was limited by grant funding, which often resulted in long waiting lists and families missing the opportunity to participate. This new model helps ensure that more children can benefit from our afterschool programs while maintaining the safe, enriching, and supportive environment that is central to our mission.
Our commitment to families
No child will ever be denied access to our program because of a family’s financial circumstances.
Families who qualify for Free or Reduced-Price Lunch, or who are experiencing homelessness or are in foster care, will continue to have 100% of their registration and program fees waived.
In addition, CYC offers financial assistance through a sliding scale for families who may need additional support.

Note: $100 Registration Fee is non-refundable. This fee is waived for Tier 1 families.
