Tracy is a San Francisco native who grew up and attended school in the Richmond District, where she remains deeply rooted today. As a parent of two children in neighborhood public schools, she brings both lived experience and professional perspective to her work, with a clear understanding of the communities CYC serves. Her connection to the city informs her commitment to equity, belonging, and creating environments where young people, families, and staff can thrive.

As Director of Human Resources and Administration, Tracy leads CYC’s people operations, organizational culture, and administrative functions. She partners closely with senior leadership to strengthen systems that support staff effectiveness and long-term mission impact. With more than a decade of experience across corporate and nonprofit settings, she is known for her integrity, empathy, and steady approach to building inclusive, sustainable workplaces in service of youth and families.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys exploring San Francisco with her husband and two children, spending time outdoors hiking and camping, and staying active through adult recreational sports.
