Madeleine Smith
Madeleine is an organizational evaluation and learning strategist who helps mission-driven teams use data to work with greater clarity and impact. She specializes in building practical tools that keep organizations focused on what matters most, and is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach—listening closely, asking sharp questions, and helping teams find solutions that truly work.
Before joining Community Youth Center (CYC), Madeleine supported community initiatives at the Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) and GLIDE, experiences that deepened her commitment to equity and people-centered learning. She cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel confident and supported in making meaningful change.
When she’s not working, you can find her in the garden, traveling with her husband, hunting down great food, or hanging out with her cat.
