Team Members

Vicky has dedicated more than 20 years to Community Youth Center (CYC), where she currently serves as Director of school-based programs. Each year, she oversees seven school-based programs and summer initiatives across four elementary schools, a middle school program, and two high schools. 

Vicky has been key in expanding CYC elementary programs, transforming a small summer initiative into a comprehensive network of services for diverse youth. Earlier in her career, she provided case management and truancy support for high school students and led youth support groups. She also supervised the Newcomer Club and Parent Youth Empowerment program, gaining extensive experience with high-risk youth.

Vicky has deep roots in San Francisco, as a graduate of both George Washington High School and the University of San Francisco with a degree in Sociology. As a senior member of the CYC team, she nurtures both staff and youth, finding fulfillment in seeing others grow to realize their potential and give back to their local communities.
