Daphne Wong-Ha
Daphne has been a dedicated member of Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) for more than 20 years, starting as a participant and now serving as Senior Program Director. As a young person in CYC programs, she benefited greatly from the opportunity to step outside her comfort zone, take on leadership roles, and grow as an individual. Knowing firsthand the transformative power of CYC’s programs, Daphne is committed to creating similar experiences for the next generation of youth leaders.
Daphne works with the Youth Leadership and Workforce Development teams to prepare youth for leadership and workforce roles, while supporting equity, diverse learning styles, and personal development. Daphne played a key role in creating the CYC Leadership Toolkit and has led several programs, including YAWAV (Young Asian Women Against Violence) and MYEEP (Mayor’s Youth Employment and Education Program).
A UC Riverside graduate with a degree in Business and Administrative Studies, Daphne is passionate about creating opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills and drive positive change.
