Team Members

Ka Yi has been a dedicated member of Community Youth Center of San Francisco since 2014. She currently serves as Senior Program Manager of Community Outreach. In this role, she leads innovative events and programs that strengthen communities and ensure rewarding collaborations across multiple service providers. 

Ka Yi is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Psychology and a Minor in Education. She is a trained Instructor in Lay Responder First Aid & CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. She believes in the transformative power of volunteerism and leadership development for at-risk and underserved youth. 

At CYC, Ka Yi finds her greatest fulfillment in witnessing immigrant youth step into leadership roles and in working with individual youths, and individual communities, to prepare for future challenges and future success.
