Stefanie (Stef) VanCantfort is a youth development professional passionate about supporting youth success through academic, enrichment, and STEAM programs. As a San Francisco native, growing up in the Mission and Bayview districts, Stef gained a strong sense of community at a young age. This fueled her desire and commitment to work in support of young people and their families.

Her passion is not only connecting young people and their families to new experiences and opportunities but also supporting the growth and development of staff through training and coaching to elevate year round, summer, and STEAM programming for youth. It is her belief that strong systems and structures create supportive and engaging opportunities for young people to grow and thrive.

In her free time, Stef enjoys crafting, reading, or adventuring with her husband and toddler.
