Team Members

Dennis Chen is a Program Director at the Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC), where he focuses on promoting community mental health and supporting underserved populations. His career goal is to reduce mental health stigma within the Asian American community and empower youth to reach their fullest potential.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he earned a degree in Psychology and a minor in Education. He later received his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, driven by a strong passion for working with underserved youth to help them overcome systemic barriers and achieve personal growth and resilience.

At CYC, Dennis strives to utilize his clinical skills and community-based experience to provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to youth—helping them build confidence, strengthen their well-being, and become the best version of themselves.
