Practicing mock interviews

Many of our youth are first-time job seekers and our workforce development programs prepare them by building the critical skills needed to land their very first job. Youth spend weeks in workshops learning how to write a resume and cover letter, communicate professionally, and look for jobs. All their hard work leads up to mock interviews on Graduation Day.

We’re so proud of our Young Adult Work Link (YAWL) graduates at Lincoln High School who just graduated from the program by acing their mock interviews. The youth were put in real-world scenarios and interviewed for customer service and administrative positions. We wish them much success in their future careers.
