Embracing Diversity in the Bayview

The Bayview Youth Advocates (BYA), a group of youth leaders who live or go to school in the Bayview, are excited to host the Festival of Diversity on Saturday, May 28 from 5pm to 8pm PST. BYA has planned this special event for the past few months as a way to encourage discourse about anti-Asian hate, systemic oppression, and lack of education through art and dialogue. The Festival of Diversity is an open event and welcomes all to join.

6:45pm – Multiracial panel discussion on identity and culture featuring Franco Martinez, Marina Chow, Aliyah Dunn-Salahuddin, Dee Hillman, Sasanna Yee, and BYA
