SFUSD strike update for CYC families

Community Youth Center of San Francisco has been actively preparing for the planned SFUSD teacher strike beginning Monday, February 9. We have been closely monitoring developments, receiving regular updates from SFUSD, the City and County of San Francisco, and our partners. Over the past several days, we have met with our internal teams and external partners to assess potential impacts and determine how to respond in the most responsible and supportive way possible.

As details continue to evolve, some plans are still taking shape. We recognize that uncertainty can be difficult, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this process. We are committed to sharing accurate updates as soon as more information becomes available. This page will be updated regularly.

Our priority remains the safety and well-being of the young people and families we serve.
