SFUSD strike update for CYC families
Update: February 13, 2026
SFUSD has announced that the teacher strike has come to an end.
School remains closed today. As previously scheduled on the academic calendar, there are two school holidays ahead. Classes will resume next Wednesday.
We are grateful for the patience families have shown during this period of uncertainty. Over the past several days, it has been an honor to partner with organizations across San Francisco who share a deep commitment to caring for young people and supporting families.
CYC will continue to communicate directly with enrolled families regarding program schedules and any site-specific updates. If you have immediate questions, please contact your site coordinator or reach out via email at asp@cycsf.org.
Thank you for your continued trust.
